On December 12th, Fengshu held workers congress and 93 employee representatives attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed and approved the "Company Work Report", "Labor Union Work Report", "Employee Representative Proposal" and other reports, and learned the spirit of the 17th meeting of the National Federation of Labor Unions. 

The Labor Skills Competition is an annual event for Fengshu. More than a thousand employees from the company were selected to participate in the competition. At the congress, many employees who won the 2018 Labor Skills Competition Award were commended, and a workshop was awarded for the workshop of the 2018 Safe and Civilized Production Inspection Excellent Workshop.

At the end of the congress, the leader of Ezhou Federation of Labor Union made an important speech, calling on all the representatives to closely contact the masses, reflect the situation of the enterprise, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the employees, earnestly implement the resolutions of the workers' congress, and do a good job in the workers' congress.
