On December 4th, 99 front-line workers in Hubei were awarded the title of “Jingchu Artisan”. In January of this year, the Hubei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions launched the “Jingchu Artisan” selection activity. After the recommendation of grassroots selection, strict evaluation by experts, collective review of the meeting, and announcement by the media, 99 outstanding people were finally selected. Ms. Liping Lv from Fengshu was awarded the honorary title of the second “Jingchu Artisan”.

Ms. Liping Lv joined Fengshu in 2004. She has been engaged in spinning for 14 years. She treated each work with great enthusiasm and payed attention to the details. As a professional operator, in addition to doing her own work well, she always observed the new workers, communicated the skills with them and answered all the questions raised by them patiently, so that she won the praises from the company's leaders and colleagues for her excellent work. In April 2017, the Ezhou City Federation of Trade Unions awarded the first “Ezhou Craftsman” the name of Ms. Liping Lv.

As a female in the workshop, she must be responsible for both work and family. She worked hard while taking care of her own small family. She made outstanding contributions to the company's development. She found out the better operation method to make the work more simple and efficient thanks to her research. The honor of "Jingchu Artisan” was really deserved.
